Resilient Frederick County (RFC), in partnership with the Frederick County Health Department (FCHD) on the Golden Mile, invites you to join us for Navigating Workplace Triggers and Environments, a one-hour workshop, facilitated by our experienced Peer Recovery Specialist. This session focuses on identifying and managing common workplace stressors that can affect your recovery. You'll gain valuable insights and practical strategies to create a healthier and more supportive work environment.

Peer Resource Navigation Sessions: Building Occupational Wellness Goals
Following the workshop, RFC is offering Peer Resource Navigation, a peer-to-peer meeting where you can connect with others who share similar experiences. This meeting is a safe space to set and achieve your occupational wellness goals, exchange advice, and find encouragement.
