Will review recipes, menus, and worksheets to determine ingredients needed to prepare various menu items for regular or modified diets for children with special needs (i.e., diabetes, allergies, or food sensitivities); accomplish meal preparation duties using a variety of utensils and equipment, such as knives, mixers, steam kettles, ovens, grills, and other items powered by gas, electricity, or steam; prepare and cook all types of meats, poultry, seafood, fresh and cooked salads and vegetables, grains, pasta, fruits, sauces, gravies, breads, and desserts; and more. Accounting/HR Specialist (2159697)
Job Summary: Authorized by the Finance Director to ensure the accurate completion of all financial tasks and record requirements according to GAAP, payroll updates, state and federal law, and group reporting requirements. This position is a liason with Human Resources and will also work with the Human Resources Manager.
Essential Functions
Perform and manage day-to-day accounts receivables duties
Update and manage Customer Cards
Assist in the bi-weekly payroll prep, transmission, and receipt
Must be able to build and maintain strong, interpersonal networks with customers and co-workers
Provide 401K information to employees and communicate with TPA as needed
Prepare Account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status including preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)
Comply with GAAP, Phoenix Mecano Management Handbook plus State and Federal laws
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year end audit processes including liaison with internal and external stakeholders (Group, Auditors) and more!
