RFC also assists businesses in hiring and retaining talent from the recovery community while creating recovery-friendly workplaces.
By supporting both job seekers and employers, RFC helps expand workforce opportunities.

Join our 7-week work readiness program designed for individuals who have achieved at least three months of recovery. This program addresses common stressors associated with managing recovery while searching for employment.
