Resilient Frederick County
Fostering Recovery Through Workforce Development
Resilient Frederick County (RFC) is an initiative dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery from substance use disorder (SUD) by providing essential workforce development resources. Our program helps job seekers build workplace skills, overcome employment barriers, and achieve sustainable career success. At the same time, RFC supports businesses in recruiting and retaining a reliable workforce from the SUD recovery community. By participating in this program, businesses can earn the designation of Frederick County Recovery is Good Business Partners and become a Maryland Recovery-Friendly Workplace.
