Assembly Technician
As an Assembly Technician, you are an integral part of the Production Team. You will be assembling products so that they are complete and ready for shipping. With an eye for quality and safety, you'll review your work and ensure it meets the customer requirements and department standards. In this position you'll also have the opportunity to learn more crafts as you'll be cross-trained on CNC machining, industrial painting and silk screen / pad printing.
Warehouse Operative
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be part of a team doing a variety of tasks each day: picking, replenishing, shipping and receiving. With a high value on quality of work, you'll stay organized by following the plan, schedule, and safety guidelines to prepare parts and supplies for the production and shipping teams.
Machine Operator
As a CNC Machine Operator, you are an integral part of the production team. You will learn how to turn on, test, use, and troubleshoot machinery used to create and repair products. With special attention to safety, you'll perform quality checks, cleaning tasks, and more. The machine operators prepare the finished product for the next production operation or shipment as needed including washing, wrapping, packaging, etc. The ability to use and learn hardware and software programs associated with the machinery, as well as intermediate math skills and measurements, will allow you to excel in this position.
Maintenance
As an Industrial Painter, you'll be part of the production team. You will operate the painting equipment that paints or coats products before or after assembly. You'll learn how to turn on, test, use, and troubleshoot the machinery used, and will maintain a clean work area. You'll also prepare the parts for painting by pre-treating, washing and stripping parts. With an eye for quality and safety, you'll ensure seamless delivery of painted parts the production team and follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and written specifications.
Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you are the connection between the customer and the company. You will regularly meet with the customer to identify customer's needs for products, equipment, and services as well as provide them with technical and engineering information to best serve them. Once identifying customer's needs, you'll consult with engineers and professional personnel to develop a plan, create a cost estimate and schedule for the production of the products for each customer. Using effective communication, you'll work with customer's staff to keep them informed on production and provide technical information and training as needed to ensure success with the provided product or service.
