What is Resilient Frederick County? 

Resilient Frederick County is a specialized program within Frederick County Workforce Services (FCWS) that supports those in recovery from addiction and provides the tools necessary for rejoining today's workforce. Recovery can be both an exciting yet scary place. Let's face it, getting sober is tough and rewarding at the same time. Whether it’s career building, skills training, funding for training, interview preparation, or resume building, RFC can help you on your journey. The career specialists at RFC are experienced in helping you reach your full potential and providing one-on-one assistance. RFC also works closely with local businesses to help bridge the gap between employees in recovery and employers. Not only does RFC work with those in Recovery, but also helps educate, evolve, and foster healthy relationships between the Recovery Community and local businesses.
