The "Back to Business" series provided a week filled with invaluable strategies for job seekers. Attendees explored essential subjects including resume enhancement, interview techniques, personal branding, and effective networking. Sessions focused on building a strong social media presence, addressing employment gaps, and navigating job fairs, all aimed at equipping participants for success in their job search.

The series culminated in a voluntary opportunity to participate in the Frederick News-Post Job Fair on September 25, allowing attendees to put their newfound skills to the test.
