Are You Ready to Make a Real Difference?

Join our in-person, interactive workshop to transform your workplace into a recovery-friendly environment! Learn the essentials of supporting staff navigating mental health and substance use recovery while empowering your business to foster an inclusive, supportive culture.

Supporting mental health and substance use recovery is essential for creating a healthier, more productive workplace. In 2023, 58.7 million adults aged 18 or older (22.8%) experienced a mental health issue, and 46.3 million adults met the criteria for a substance use disorder in the past year. Many of these individuals are part of the workforce, making it critical for businesses to provide support in addressing these challenges (HHS.gov) (SAMHSA). These challenges can lead to business financial losses due to increased healthcare costs and absenteeism. However, by fostering a recovery-friendly environment, companies can save money, reduce turnover, and build a happier, more engaged team.
