The entry-level skills we look for are familiarity with hand tools and equipment, ability to read and understand assembly drawings, knowledge of soldering, ability to handle physical workload, work well in teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Q. What training(s), if any, are you doing for your employees?

We pride ourselves in building products with a high level of quality and workmanship. It is because of this that we provide IPC J-STD-001 Solder training here on-site and all of our assembly operators are trained and certified.

Q. What are some things you look for from job candidates that may not be highlighted in the job description?

When we hire, we are making an investment into our company’s future through our people resources. So hiring the right people is critical to ensure our success. One of the things we look for in a candidate is job stability with respect to their career history and tenure. Our products are specialized and unique, just like the people resources we invest in. Our goal when we hire someone is for them to stay a while and grow with our company.
