Mark Tumulty is an Employment and Training Consultant at FCWS. We asked Mark about his role at FCWS, what he likes about workforce development and how he enjoys spending his time outside of the office.

What is your role at FCWS?

I am an Employment and Training Consultant. I case manage customers through One-On-One services to assist with achieving their employment and training goals.

What do you like best about working in workforce development?

My favorite part of my job is the rewarding satisfaction that comes along with seeing a customer succeed and knowing that we were able to contribute to their success.

If you had $30,000 to donate to a workforce development program, what would you want done with it?

I would donate to a program designed to assist with the homeless or childcare.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I love raising my two boys and having fun with my family.
